I can't believe Carson is turning 1!! Where did the time go? I call him my little Muffin Man cuz he is just SO yummy!! Didn't want it to be too much like a baking party, but I did want all of the food to be muffins! I made Mini Carrot Cake muffins, Brownie muffins, Mini Pizza muffins, Banana Oatmeal muffins, Mini Mac & Cheese muffins, Mini Corn Dog muffins, AND Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffin tops as the favors. It was a TON of work, but it was SO much fun!!
